On a phone, the file picker also offers Google Drive and other cloud storage. On a laptop, files from OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, Dropbox or Box show up in the file picker once that provider's desktop app is installed (or download the file first). AuditShield never connects to cloud storage itself: your documents only travel from your device to this environment.

Run history

Every analysis is kept. Open an earlier run, or tick two runs and compare them to see which findings changed. A re-run reuses the model's earlier answers where a requirement and the matching policy text are unchanged, so only what changed is judged again.
Manual decisions
Where you disagree with the analysis: the documents that cover a finding, or a covered result that is really a gap, with the reason. A decision counts in every later run while its documents are unchanged; when one changes, the decision waits for a re-check and the analysis counts again.
